Shiraz Cask, Barrel No. 33 (Aged 5 Years) – rich and full-bodied, paired with Monte Rosso washed rind
New French Oak, Barrel No. 18 (Aged 37 Months) – bold and spicy, matched with Oveja Semi Curado sheep milk cheese
New French Oak XP, Barrel No. 07 (Aged 37 Months) – elegant and layered, complemented by Comté 18 Month
Port Cask Whisky (Aged 38 Months) – lush and fruity, served with Petit Cantal AOP
Oloroso Cask Whisky (Aged 24 Months) – nutty and complex, paired with the creamy blue Fourme D’Ambert PDO
