FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When are you opening?

At this stage we expect that hospitality venues such as the Club will be permitted to reopen on Monday 11th of October 2021.
(the Monday after 70% is reached).

Will your trading hours be the same?

We hope to be in a position to reopen the club under our usual trading hours. Please keep an eye on our website for any
update as we get closer to our opening date.

Will all your staff be fully vaccinated when you open?

The NSW Government has indicated that anyone who enters our premises will need to be fully vaccinated
(have received 2 doses) against COVID-19 or have obtained a medical exemption. This will include staff and members.

Do I still need to check in with a QR code as well as with my membership card?

All members will need to sign into the club in the standard way and use the NSW Government QR Code Check in.

Do I need to be vaccinated to come to the Club?

Do my kids needs need to be vaccinated?

Non-vaccinated young people aged under 16 will be able to access all outdoor areas with a responsible adult, but will only be able to visit indoor venues with a responsible adult who is a member of their household.

How will the [PLAYSAFE] rules be different if we are all vaccinated?

Even when fully vaccinated you can still be infected with COVID-19, and it can still be spread. Therefore for the health and safety
of everyone, we will ask everyone to please continue to follow the [PLAY SAFE RULES] until advised otherwise.

INDOOR AREAS - MASKS are required for 12+ unless eating or drinking & you must REMAIN SEATED when drinking
OUTDOOR AREAS - masks are not required

Will you be doing temperature checks?

No- however CHPRSL will follow the Public Health Orders and relevant rules and regulations as we have always.

Will you be increasing your cleaning regime?

Our Club has a very robust cleaning and sanitisation programme and a COVID Safe Plan which reflects industry best practice
and the COVID Safe practices prescribed by NSW Health. We take the health and safety of our members and staff seriously
and want to bring you a safe and enjoyable club environment when we reopen. Our premises are thoroughly cleaned daily
and we clean frequently touched surfaces regularly across our trading day.

Do I have to remain seated in 'The Park' bar, Arena, or TAB or can I be standing?

You will only be allowed to drink whilst standing up when in an outdoor area. You will be required to remain seated
whilst drinking whilst indoors.

What if somebody comes into the Club and isn't vaccinated - is there a fine?

The NSW Government has indicated that there will be penalties for both individuals and business for not complying
with the Public Health Orders. When we reopen our venue staff cannot admit anyone who cannot demonstrate that
they are
fully vaccinated.

I'm not vaccinated and can't come into the Club at the moment, can I still pick up take away?

We do not yet have this detail from Government but we expect that to enter and remain any part of our premises you
will need to be fully vaccinated.

When will you allow unvaccinated patrons into the Club?

We're unsure, at present we are following the Public Health Orders and relevant rules and regulations as we have always
done. We hope to have a further announcement soon.

Will you be asking people with vaccination exemptions to show a negative Covid-19 test prior to entering the premises?

We are waiting for the Public Health Orders to be published and will follow all directions relating to those people who have
the appropriate medical exemption. We will advise members when we know more.

MEMBERSHIP

Has my membership expired, and do I have to renew on my first visit?

The CHP membership renewals period has been extended until 30 November 2021 so your membership will remain financial up
until this date. Please renew as soon as possible.

How can I renew my membership?

You can renew your membership at Reception, or at the 'Insignia Rewards' kiosk.

Is my 'Insignia Rewards' Tier still the same?

The Tier review has been cancelled for the Jul to Dec period, you will still earn tier points and any Member who achieves
a higher level will be promoted to a new tier. The next tier review will commence January 2022 to July 2022.

Have my points expired?

Point expiry will no longer take place for the Year 2021. Our next Point Expiry will be July 1st 2022

PROMOTIONS

I had entries into the 'Every Weeks a Winner promotion' when is the draw?

Due to Covid-19 the Promotion has been cancelled.

When are you holding the APP game major draw for 'Pick'n Chicken'?

27th October 2021.

When are you holding the APP game draws for 'Lucky Ducks'?

The first draw will commence during the 1st week of November 2021

BOOKINGS

Do I need to book a table?

We would prefer that everyone books a table to help us manage capacity limits and rostering requirements, and to ensure you
have the best experience possible. We will however also accept walk-ins. You will be able to book online or by calling reception
9559 0000 between 9am and 9pm 7 days. A deposit may be required at the time of booking.

Making a booking will prevent waiting times if your Club reaches capacity during peak periods.

When will you start taking bookings?

You will be able to book a table from the 5th of October2021 for dates from the 11th October.

Group bookings are limited to a maximum of 20 people under expected Public Health Orders. 

FUNCTIONS

Will you be taking bookings for functions?

We understand that a wedding or funeral can accommodate up to 50 guests when we are permitted to reopen.
Group bookings are limited to a maximum of 20 people.
It is expected we will know what we can do by the time we open.

If I book a function for December and something changes with the restrictions, can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes you can. We have always been flexible with changes, rebookings and refunds.
