Our instructors are highly trained and friendly, and are happy to help with any questions you have-HP Fitness is about everyone having a go!

Class sizes are limited to make sure you have the best experience possible. With NO joining fee, and great value class packs, booking into a class is easy and affordable.

YOGA

Japanese Yoga- is linked to the seasons and focuses on enabling our bodies to function better, based on the body's meridians. Different postures are practiced that focus on a different part of the body in line with that meridian and the season at the time.

Hatha Yoga- Is an Asana based, sequenced Hatha Yoga class suitable for all levels. 

PARENTS & PRAMS

Parents and Prams classes are designed for parents to make time to exercise, without finding a sitter.

Tuesdays: Circuit: Make time for yourself in this circuit class, that works through a range of exercises to work different muscles. 

Thursday: Yoga: This class is great to stretch, strengthen, open and align your body, awaken your brain, de-stress and calm your spirit. 

 

HIIT

High-intensity interval training allows you to push yourself at your own pace, at all levels of fitness. Achieve your fitness goals, build strength, agility and endurance and keep burning the calories many hours after you have finished. This 45 minute HIIT class involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by low-intensity recovery periods. 

SPIN

Spin is a hard core workout that targets the large muscle groups (calves, hamstrings and thighs) in your legs to shape up fast, whilst strengthening the abdominal muscles, necessary to maintain your upper body balance.

PILATES

Pilates combines low-impact flexibility and muscular strength with endurance movements. Pilates focuses on proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance to have you in great shape very quickly.

ZUMBA

This class is designed to suit all fitness levels and is sometimes preferred by our active, older participants. It is lower in intensity than our Zumba classes, with easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focusses on balance, coordination, fitness and fun! 

BELLY DANCING

Set to Middle Eastern beats, this class is great fun, while you strengthen your posture, tone your abs, increase your co-ordination and boost your confidence. You don't need experience; you will learn something new and fun every week!

BODY BAR

Dynamic and powerful movements and isolated resistance exercises with the Body Bar, achieve a total body workout.Focus on cardio and strength in a fast paced and efficient routine.
