A practical beverage service course using real products in a practical environment to prepare, mix and present a range of beverages and cocktails.

During November and December we are running courses suited to those wanting to work in the Hospitality Industry. Students can select from a mix of programs and dates to obtain nationally recognised qualifications.

Students can choose 3 courses for $320 from the following

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG)
• Bar Skills
• Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee
• Cocktail Service

Additional courses from the above (excluding RSA and RCG) can be added for a cost of $90 each e.g. do RSA, RCG and Bar for $320 and add Coffee for $90.

We also offer Coffee Art Design for $120 - a half day course that builds on the skills learnt in Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee (must be completed before Coffee Art Design course can be studied)

A practical course for those wishing to learn the finer techniques in the creative presentation of coffee.
