On Wednesday 5th December 2007 our Indooor Bowls sub club held their end of year presentations for members. The group has been focused on raising funds during the last few months and had great pleasure presenting to invited representatives from Bankstown-Lidcombe Oncology Unit, $1000 for the pallitive care unit and recovery patients. 
This is a fantastic effort from our members and is the second amount of $1000 that has been raised for community organisations.

The occasion saw the meeting of the two Beryl's - Beryl Stevenson of the sub club and Sister Beryl Driscoll from the hospital.
