The awards dinner was held recently at the Bayview Boulevard Hotel. Our club sponsored the company "In Ya Face" which consisted of 20 Year 11 students from local schools who undertook the challenge of developing and managing a successful business in the allocated 24 weeks program. They were 1 of 34 Secondary school companies competing for business success and recognition.
Their efforts were rewarded with recognition as winner of Secondary Schools UTS Best Use IT Award and an award in the 'Blue Chip' category and finalists nomination in 7 out of 12 other categories.
