Gentle Exercise/Yoga (Beginners)
Low impact – it’s ‘Back to Basics’ everyday exercises. A low impact class, designed to keep you fit & your mind active, consisting of warm up, yoga based stretching, short combinations, circuit & weights.
Belly Dancing Basics (Beginners)
Learn to mesmerise & mystify! Discover the ancient art of belly dance. Suitable for all ages, shapes & fitness levels. Have fun, exercise, trim & tone, whilst celebrating the woman’s body. Bring a scarf to tie around your hips!
Boxercise Circuit (Beginners)
Work through basic stations at your own pace, under the Instructor’s supervision. The circuit includes gloves & focus pads, skipping ropes, dumbbells, bikes & abdominal floor work.
Zumba
A fast-paced Latin inspired dance fitness that has taken Australia by storm. Dance off calories to rhythms of Merengue, Salsa, Cha Cha, Rock & Roll, Belly Dance, Flamenco & Tango. Bring a towel, water & be ready to party.
ZUMBA GOLD (Beginners)
Designed for the active older adult at a lower intensity. The Latin inspired dance fitness program is innovative, easy & fun.

The Club has a small but well equiped gym for its members and at only $3.50 per visit it is great value for money. New members will be charged a $34 joinging fee.
