This ONE DAY AQF Level III unit is a mandatory requirement under the Liquor Act and Registered Clubs Act for those seeking employment in a licensed premises.

Objectives
Participants will learn about:
- Explain the legal requirements for the responsible service of alcohol
- Understand the effects of over consumption and problems that may result
- Identify the relevant provisions of the Liquor or Registered Clubs Act that applies to a variety of workplaces
- Identify signs that may indicate levels of intoxication
- Develop workplace strategies to support responsible service practices and harm minimisation
