Objectives
Participants will learn about:
- Setting up, cleaning and maintaining the Espresso machine and equipment within a service outlet.
- Advice to assist customers with coffee.
- Grinding coffee beans.
- Using the Espresso machine to extract the coffee according to the customers requirements.
- Texturing the milk.
- Serving & presenting a range of coffees to meet the demands of customers.
Certification
On successful completion:
- Nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for–THHBFB12B – “Prepare & Serve Espresso Coffee” as part of a Certificate III in Hospitality (Operations)THH33002
