A practical beverage service course using real products in a practical environment to prepare, mix and present a range of beverages and cocktails.
Course Aim
This one day program covers the basic knowledge and skill to prepare a range of mixed drinks and cocktails and provide the appropriate garnish.
Objectives
The intent of this program is to further develop the beverage skills of students by giving them the skills, knowledge and understanding of the preparation and garnishing of mixed drinks and cocktails.
In order to gain a participation certificate, students will need to participate during the whole program and by the end of the program they will be able to prepare, present, garnish and serve a variety of cocktails.
Who should attend this course?
Anyone with beverage skills or training who wish to enhance their skills and knowledge in cocktail making.
Certification
On successful completion of the program participants will receive a Participation Certificate for "Cocktail Service".
