This ONE DAY AQF Level III program that is desigend to assist those whose responsibilities in the workplace may include the mentoring of business colleagues and coaching them in the tasks that form part of their normal work.

Participants will learn about:

  • Prepare work colleagues for on-the-job coaching
  • Coach work colleagues in on-the-job work skills and knowledge
  • Monitor work colleagues on-the-job progress
  • Discuss the skills and knowledge required for establishing a relationship with the mentoree
  • Demonstrate mentoring support within the workplace
