This ONE DAY AQF Level III program provides knowledge and skills on the generic duties and regulatory laws that a Club Receptionist may be required to perform. including the use of a P/A system and emergency procedures.

Objectives

Participants will learn about:

  • Legislative requirements for Registered Clubs as they relate to the entry of members and guests to the premises.
  • Types of memberships, club By-laws, dress codes etc contained in the legislation
  • How to effectively communicate relevant information that will assist members and guests enjoy there visit
  • Communicate appropriately within the club by using the telephone and P/A systems correctly

Certification

On successful completion:

Nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for–SITXCCS004A – “Provide Club Reception Services” as part of a Certificate III in Hospitality SIT30707
