Club Gaming Program

This TWO DAY AQF Level III program provides participants with knowledge and understanding of the NSW legislation that applies to the operation of poker machines as well as dealing a general knowledge of the interpretation of artwork, reading meters, payout documentation and procedures and minor repairs that may be necessary.

Course Aim

Details from THH02 Hospitality Training Package - THHBG01B - Attend Gaming Machines

Objectives

Participants will learn about:

  • Provide information and assistance to customers on gaming machines and their artwork.
  • Maintain and carry out minor repairs to machines.
  • Ensure the security of patrons playing the machines and the security of the gaming area.
  • Complete Poker Machine payouts records and requirements.
  • Operate Coin Dispensing machine equipment.

Certification

On successful completion:

Nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for THHBG01B – “Attend Gaming Machines” 

in partial completion of a Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations)THH21802
