Participants will learn about:
- Operating and maintaining bulk dispensing and beer reticulation systems
- The use and maintenance of refrigeration systems
- Correct ordering procedures and setting par stock levels
- The correct methods to store, rotate, issue and reconcile cellar stocks
- Conducting stocktakes and maintaining stock records
