First introduced to Australia in 1991, the popularity of the Japanese bred grain-fed beef, Wagyu is attributed to its naturally enhanced flavour, & tenderness & juiciness.
If you’re visiting the Grill on a Wednesday or Thursday night in August, September or October, be sure to take advantage of our Wicked Wagyu deal, offering a succulent sizzling Wagyu rump steak served on a hot plate, accompanied with sautéed potatoes & a glass of James Squire beer for only $22.50.
Vying for the place of most popular dish, Viva’s Seafood Platter for Two is a selection of the most wonderful food the ocean has to offer & an experience that has to be shared to be believed. If you like your dining with a side of celebration, the restaurant has two big nights coming up that put the ‘fun’ in fundraising & the ‘feast’ in festival! On Thursday, 28 October, the Girls Night In dinner is back to help the Cancer Council raise funds to fight women’s cancer.
