Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL is one of the Inner West’s premier RSL Clubs, recognised throughout the industry, for providing excellence in customer service, entertainment, functions and modern gaming.
We are in a new and innovative stage of our business which requires a productive and responsible individual who wants to add value to our organisation. Reporting directly to Senior Management, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of cellar and stores area.
Your Accountabilities:
· Ensure compliance with the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Food Act, OHS, RSA and RCG & HACCP
· Ordering, receiving, distributing and storing stock & supplies
· Inventory Control & reporting
· Establish purchasing policies
· Negotiate contractual conditions & prices with suppliers
Your Attributes:
· Identification with CHP Values: Integrity, Respect, Excellence & Teamwork
· 5+ years stock mgmt exp.
· Have general beverage product knowledge
· Computer literacy with exp. using InfoGensis, Wincheck or other stock control systems + MS applications
· Energetic & passionate
· Ability to build strong relationships with internal & external customers
